Biography —
Current work includes:
- Development and implementation of RISE and Jayhawks Rising with Vice Provost
- Co-leader of campus restroom workgroup in collaboration with Center for Sexuality & Gender Diversity and KU Operations
- Training and consultation with various campus groups and leaders
Addison Keegan-Harris (she, her, hers) is an alum of the University of Kansas and Michigan State University.
She worked in the KU Institute for Leadership Studies (ILS) within the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. And at MSU, Addison worked for Residence Education & Housing Services, where she was responsible for diversity programming and support for the 16,000 students who lived on campus.
She returned to Mount Oread in October 2019 to begin working for the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. In April 2021 she was promoted to Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Addison works closely with the Vice Provost on projects to improve campus for our most marginalized faculty, staff, and students.
