Navigating a large organization can be confusing, please use this resource to help you find a resolution for concerns and mitigate staff attrition.
Note, it is appropriate to submit almost any incident to the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX as they can investigate a situation plus help you get the support you need from other campus resources.
As a reminder, as a University employee, you are a mandatory reporter. That means whether committed against you or someone else, you are required to report incidents of sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment, dating/domestic violence, stalking, or retaliation.
